A very pretty pair of antique Georgian Cut Steel drop earrings, quite lovely in their darkling sparkliness! Entirely hand crafted in the most miniature form each of the tiny faceted studs were shaped by hand and then riveted to the hand pierced backplate. A particularly English craft which it is believed grew from the steel works in Woodstock, Oxfordshire there is a fascinating history to these jewels.
